PlanetRent is brought to you by Ringley Software Solutions, part of the Ringley Group. Ringley are a multi-award winning leading property solutions provider in both the service charge management, private rental sector and build to rent markets.

Here at Ringley, we took the decision some years ago to abandon industry leading software and focus on lean processes, paperless transactions, risk controls and reducing management layers. We now share all of this with clients and users to deliver trust and transparency. Not only has this revolutionised how we work, but also it reduces work duplication and aligns to customer needs. Intuitive software and on-screen mini ‘how it works’ videos significantly reduce training time, and, there are no smoke screens as productivity is clear.

Our systems are designed with useful dashboards, on-screen and excel reporting, e-triggers so processes don’t get forgotten as well as generally 2 people chasing each transaction so that things simply happen.

All our software is fully expandable and sits in the cloud.

Depending on the size of your data and number of users, basic system set up would be over 2 servers:

1. application server and
2. database server.

For larger businesses set up would comprise multiple database servers (database clustering) to enable multiple channels and multiple data calls.

Databases are hosted at ‘google’ using the most up to date technologies including data imaging to backup databases in minutes.

All our applications are pre-programmed with API’s (Application Protocol Interfaces) enabled. Put simply, our Applications can easily talk to, share data and move information to other applications, or your existing tools.

We are continually adding new management software integrations, so whilst not all Apps are yet fully available but do talk to us to see how we can meet your requirements, or better still revolutionise the way you work.
