If you are a member of rightmove, zoopla or any of the other portals we can enter your membership number and then properties will upload for you. You needn't worry about vacancies as 2 months before a tenancy ends we will notify you asking whether you wish to re-advertise. And, by processing offers through the App, you don't need a secretary as references, passport/visa checks, move-in money, contracts and deposit registration are effortless.
For Property Companies

PlanetRent bulk connects to the major portals, to set up we just need your membership number. During setup we will bulk upload and cloud store photos, EPCs and floor plans for you. Automatic notifications will ask you 2 months before a tenancy ends if you want to re-advertise.

Processing offers through the App reduces your admin as references, move-in money, contracts and deposit registration are effortless and PlanetRent delivers 1st class audit trail: passport/visa checks, rent affordability/guarantors, offer acceptance, move in checks and authority to release keys.
For Build to Rent Landlords

PlanetRent streamlines your lettings process no matter how many Agents you use. You can set commission rates for each Agent and give them access to introduce offers on selected units or entire buildings. When you give an Agent authority to rent a property you can do this immediately.

On re-letting, or if not re-let within 2 weeks, sub-agents get access to marketing assets such as photos, videos, EPCs and floor plans and can advertise to the major portals directly from PlanetRent. Agents can also download marketing assets to use on their own websites.

PlanetRent knows who let what, thereby calculating Agents commission less advertising and referencing fees. On setup we will bulk upload and cloud store photos, videos, EPCs and floor plans for you. By requiring all your Agents to process offers through the App, not only do you own the data, but also admin processes such as references, move-in documentation etc.
